DARREN MARBLE – CEO

Darren Marble is CEO of CrowdfundX, a pioneering crowdfunding agency serving clients across a wide mix of industries, for strategic equity and rewards-based crowdfunding campaigns. One of the country’s top minds in crowdfunding campaign architecture, Darren has negotiated and delivered successful campaigns for multinational corporations, filmmakers, celebrities, entrepreneurs and VCs alike. 

Prior to CrowdfundX, Darren spent ten years as a business development executive in the Oracle partner community, most recently as a regional vice president of sales with OSI Consulting, working directly with decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies on a range of software and services projects. He also served as co-founder and CEO of FilmBreak, a virtual film studio which offered comprehensive marketing, financing and distribution tools for filmmakers. Darren realized the concept and need for CrowdfundX while at the helm of FilmBreak and decided to pivot his team’s efforts to meet a groundswell of demand coming from clients.

Darren is a featured LinkedIn contributor and an active public speaker, having recently spoken as a guest lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, USC Marshall School of Business, UC Irvine, the CSUN Entertainment Alumni Network and the ESGCI Business School in Paris, France. His insights have been featured in Forbes, the Los Angeles Business Journal, SoCalTech and others.

BRAD YASAR – COO

Brad Yasar is COO of CrowdfundX, a pioneering crowdfunding agency serving corporations, VCs and entrepreneurs from a wide mix of industries. In this role, Brad oversees comprehensive campaign architecture and delivery for all clients, as well as operations for the agency. As an integral part of the CrowdfundX leadership team and an enthusiastic champion of crowdfunding solutions, Brad also co-leads business development efforts.

Prior to CrowdfundX, Brad served as managing director of Yasar Corporation where he mentored, advised and invested in more than 20 companies including MobileCause, Change My Path, ImWithBob, and SlashMyFees. He is currently on the board of Yasar Corporation and Beyond Enterprises. 

Passionate about where the worlds of technology and marketing collide, Brad is frequently invited to speak at events related to entrepreneurism, investing and business strategy. Most recently, he presented at Digital Hollywood and ITU Gate Accelerator Program. A big believer in coaching younger generations of entrepreneurs, Brad serves as a mentor for the Pepperdine Alumni Association.
